Job Description
The position is a hybrid of client-facing and production workflow. You will be working directly with our clients via our email ticket system, managing their SEO campaigns, and setting up on-site and off-site optimizations from end to end on a daily basis.
Website & Services Support
Communication with clients, via email / Zendesk or phone calls (once or twice a week depending on necessity) to explain SEO processes and troubleshoot any potential issues they are facing.
Handle support requests and be able to manage most SEOpro service processes
Monitor and administer SEO analytics dashboards, reports, and reporting tools
Service Operations
Analyze client backlink profiles and websites to define local keywords and industry keywords
Pull data and observations through competitive research
Ensure the establishment of SEO back-linking with all third-party sites, including developing a strategy for prioritization, execution, and maintenance.
Monitor results, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, answer clients’ questions and troubleshoot potential issues
Develop relationships with customer contacts to create focused promotional marketing campaigns, and determine lead qualification
Continuously improve upon current marketing strategies; e.g., design, plan, and execute marketing programs that support (1 : many programs)
Expected Knowledge & Ad-hoc
Google Analytics Certification
SEO technical analysis, on-site optimization and technical SEO setups
Know how link building works and how it affects website rankings
Stay up to date of industry best practices in SEM and SEO, algorithm updates and product updates. Share trends and new opportunities with the team and clients
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in SEO*
Native or near-native level English speaker with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
