Job Description : Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support for order entry / fulfillment, logistics / supply chain, reports, and customer claims while adhering to rule and audit requiremnt.
Maintain efficient, timely and effective communication to both external and internal customers. Ensure accurate entry of all required data for all orders into ERP system.
Resolve all administrative issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process. Key Responsibilities : Able to apply effective customer service skills such as managing customer's expectations, projecting a positive and collaborative attitude, documenting concerns Providing regular and timely updates, empathic communication and listening skills Establishing connections and relationships as well as resolving complaints with the sense of urgency Good analysis of DSO, inventory analysis and planning Can effectively communicate with different stakeholders across different levels in the organization Working knowledge on problem solving and quality improvement tools / methods Must know how to use MS Office especially basic to advance knowledge in MS Excel Collect relevant, sizeable, timely data and provide accurate, actionable recommendation Effectively define the root cause by using the basic statistical, mathematical and logical analytical tools for actionable recommendation Highly independent and proficient in time management and multi tasking Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Industrial Engineering or any related fields Knowledge in ERP Systems specifically Oracle Netsuite Relevant experience in customer relationship management Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Must be willing to work in Makati City
