HMO premium computation for payroll deduction.
HMO inputs for resigned employees' final pay.
HMO / GTL / GPA Insurance enrollment & cancellation.
New Hire Orientation (all sites except Cebu)
HMO / GTL / GPA Insurance Claims
Intellicare / Generali / STARR / Virgin Pulse / MMB Invoices
Employee Assistance Program
Onsite Annual Physical Exam
Benefits Plan and Tools Orientation
Payroll inputs for FIS Global (reports generation & validation)
Responding to PSD and CMS Tickets
Other administrative tasks
What you bring
Must Have Skills : Proficient in Advanced Excel, reconciliation, and report generation. Very keen to details.
With experience in doing end to end benefits administration
With experience working / dealing with call center agents
Nice to Have : Knows how to formulate MS tools for data validation.
3 years and above experience
