Job Description
As a Permanent Part-time Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for handling inbound restaurant orders from customers.
You will provide excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensure customer retention, and increase business for our clients.
You will work with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and clients.
The people we look for to be our Inbound Customer Service Representatives must demonstrate several key attributes in order to be considered for this position.

Professional fluency in English, with a very neutral accent
A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques
Enthusiasm for our business. Takes ownership and acts on behalf of the entire company
Passion for helping others. Takes great satisfaction in seeing our clients’ business succeed
The intelligence to recognize areas of improvement in the company, and the ability to articulate / execute them
Ability to work well under high pressure and can think quickly on his / her feet. Able to connect with clients over the phone and make them feel comfortable
An innate motivation to service our clients the best possible way
Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Has superb verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to work in Dumaguete
Requirements
Permanent Part-time Employees
Must be willing to render 20 hours total in a week or at least 4 hours daily.
Must be flexible in any shifting schedule.
With good communication skills.
Can start asap.
Must be 18 yrs old above.
