Design engaging and interactive training for various delivery methods, including instructor-led, self-study and web-based curriculum.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and key instructional design methodologies, creating learning solutions using the A.D.D.I.E. model

Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
Experience with implementing evaluations and assessments, or other business reports analyzing metrics and results
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES :
Develops learning experiences utilizing various delivery methods including instructor-led, self-study, and eLearning delivery, including development of metrics to assess Training outcomes
Performance consultation with subject matter experts, internal customers or external clients to identify, recommend and design training solutions
Conducts pilot classes, train the trainer sessions, classroom training and leadership workshops as operationally needed
Travel to sites or facilities as required
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws.
Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work;
appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Required and Preferred Qualifications :
High school graduation required; Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Performance Improvement, Instructional System Design, Education, Healthcare or a related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience acceptable.
Minimum one to three years of experience in a Training & Development or technical writing role.
