  • Train new hires and make sure to equip with quality training program
  • Coaching and mentoring Korean agents to improve their performance
  • Ensure quality of customer service is maintained and improved
  • Evaluate performance of agents following company standards
  • Creation of training materials and presentation
  • Recruitment Process :

  • Initial Interview
  • Language assessments and exam
  • Final Interview
  • Korean National living in the Philippines
  • Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean Language
  • Open to undergraduates
  • Conversational English
  • With relevant work experience is an advantage
