Job Summary : 1. To ensure that it meets the IT requirements of the company2. To assist in the implementation of the Computer Maintenance Program and System Enhancement Plan.
Duties and Responsibilities1. Reports to the HR Officer2. Administer Company’s Local Area Network and all company servers.
3. Render technical support in case of a computer failure by hardware or software.4. Provides technical know-how and assist company employees in utilizing computer applications / software.
5. Provide assistance in the production of graphic design / flash animations for the company’s website and other marketing materials.
6. Responsible for ensuring the availability of backup of user’s server files in case of system failure.7. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the HR Officer from time to time.
Skills / Qualifications : 1. Preferably a graduate of a 4-year computer course.2. Has at least 2-3-year experience in hardware / software installation, maintenance & troubleshooting.
3. Must have knowledge in photo editing and enhancements and flash animation.4. Excellent knowledge of computer networking and hardware.
5. Dedicated, responsible, hardworking and above-average analytical skills.
