Job Description IMPORTANT : This is a customer service role and ticketing will be done remotely via phone, email or chat.
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Arrange flights, insurance and accommodation Use a booking system to secure vacations and holidays Collect and process payments Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.
g. visas and passports Send out tickets to clients Keep clients up to date with any changes Deal with complaints or refunds
Job Qualifications Candidate must have at least finished high school. Preferably reached at least up to 2nd year level of College.
No experience needed. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Candidates with a background in Tourism and / or Travel Industry (e.g., airline / hotel reservations) will be given higher salary package.
With Excellent English communications skills (oral and written).
Applicant must be willing to work in Quezon City, Pasay City, Taguig City, Makati City or Pasig City.
