To improve employee experience throughout supporting most complex HR queries, providing process, benefits & system expertise to the team across HR model and assuring data consistency across HR systems.
Driving simplification / ESSA initiatives into the team’s day to day activities involve resolving e2e HR queries, supporting the team with process, benefits and system expertise, able to identify difference and challenges between Shell People and Workday, reconciliation, knowledge management, capability building, project & systems implementations / changes support.
Resolve e2e benefits cases or investigations in the areas of global and local processes, policies, benefits and systems (in defined scope).
Proactively identify opportunity areas for process simplifications & improvements.
Participate and assist in global and local CI initiatives.
Analyze data to identify HR systems quality gaps.
Work closely with Business partners & Data Quality Team to identify root causes and fix the issues.
Ensure data entry consistency and quality of data input incl. execution of data reconciliation & error handling processes
Support the execution of business change initiatives, including global and country-specific reorganizations, mass moves, process & policy changes.
Specific to local HR Processes, maintain and update knowledge management content, ensuring that it is valid & appropriate for target audience;
Assist in maintaining HR Process Documentation (Operating Procedures, and country customised PoPs & QRGs) and roll-out any updates and changes
Support change management and communication plan in order to embed the effective utilization of HR Systems and Processes
Back-up support in capability building, process and system upskilling incl. trainings.
Support team members in resolving complex system issues.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably SBO environment
Compensation and Benefits administration background
Knowledge of local HR policies, process, and Benefits (Statutory and Corporate), understanding of end to end process design / flow and Administration
Strong knowledge of HR Systems incl. Shell People, Workday, Salesforce.
Ability to translate technical to business language
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Stakeholder and vendor management
Communication & facilitation skills
Proven Continuous Improvement mindset
Ability to work on complex cases individually
English (Good command, both written & oral)
Strong IT skills (Microsoft suite of products) e.g. Advance MS Excel
