In charge of employee's cycle involving hiring of new employees and movement of existing employees.
In-charge of cascading and implementing company handbook and policies, administering disciplinary actions when needed.
Organizes employee 201 files and benefits monitoring.
Attends DOLE cases.
Organizing company-initiated events for the employees to increase engagement.
Candidate must have at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resource Management or the equivalent of such.
At least 2-5 years of experience in handling general HR functions.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills to handle conflicts and find resolution in negotiations as well as attend to employee needs.
Should have background in Engagement, Talent management, Recruitment and Business Partnership
