Execute test scripts on a range of touch controllers on Hardware & PC based Software
Accurately record test findings, in line with agreed procedures
Assist in issue fixing and subsequent testing / re-testing
Provide timely status reports on testing and findings to Team Leader
Assist with development of automatic testing of software systems
Update and develop test cases
Acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant products
Experience of Embedded system product testing techniques and approaches
Experience in I2C, SPI and USB
Experience in using embedded programmers and debuggers
Experience in handling test and diagnostic equipment e.g. Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Logic Analyzers
Experience in Configuration Management tools e.g. SVN and defect tracking tools e.g. JIRA
Experience in test case design and testing of Embedded software and systems
Experience of circuit fault finding
Experience of schematic and PCB reading
Experience with Capacitive touch is a Plus
Experience in scripting or coding languages Python, xml, C is a Plus
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in ECE or Computer science
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Be self-motivated and able to work in collaborative group environment
Be able to reach out to different stakeholders to solve any problem, as situations demand
Be able to work with multi-site cross-functional teams
Adhere to standards, guidelines and best practices
