We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to be assigned to our client, a rapidly growing business, providing staffing solutions in Australia.

You will provide a wide range of administrative support to recruitment consultants and sales teams to ensure that the business meets the high level of quality, service and compliance standards when sourcing high-quality electricians for their clients.

KPI Performance Indicators :

  • Help Recruitment Team achieve 80% Job Fill Rate;
  • Candidate database maintenance accuracy;
  • 90%+ compliance for candidate information, safety inductions;
  • Speed of operational support and compliance to company process less than 1-hour response time;
  • Onboarding accuracy - 100%;
  • Job ad quality, accuracy, and volume of applicants; and
  • 0 unread and unactioned emails in admin inbox.
  • Activity Expectations :

  • Onboard 25 applicants;
  • 150 candidate profile compliance audits;
  • 50 client profile compliance audits;
  • 300 availability emails;
  • 100 formatted resumes;
  • 5 job ad postings; and
  • 300 applicant screens.
  • Role Expectations :

  • Ensure all compliance measures are maintained and the clients are kept up to date;
  • Drafting and posting job ads, culling the most suitable candidates, screening the candidates for suitability and scheduling interviews;
  • Assist by ensuring the calibre of candidates meeting the company's quality standards and those expected of the client;
  • Review unsatisfactory placements each month for continuous improvement purposes;
  • Ensure onboarding placements are compliant with the requirements and have all relevant paperwork e.g. licences, tickets, payroll details;
  • Accurately record candidate information into the database meeting quality and audit requirements;
  • Assist with general payroll enquiries, answer candidate enquiries and perform other duties that may be requested by the Business Manager; and
  • Attend and participate in meetings, training and events as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent work experience in recruitment;
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment following best practice standards to source suitable candidates;
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to screen candidates to meet client’s expectations;
  • Excellent verbal and written English to confidently communicate with clients and candidates;
  • Practical understanding of online advertising, ability to write advertisements, use vacancy management software and social media;
  • Effective time management skills, innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to find solutions when under pressure;
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and recruitment database.
