Job Description

  • Generate leads and create new business opportunities with the assigned community
  • Evaluate the shipper's needs, note their pain points and demonstrate how Ninja Van can solve them
  • Do daily sales calls and sales reports, as may be required by management
  • Accountable for all community sales performance and growth of their respective communities
  • Closing the deals
  • Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing prospective customers
  • Product demonstration, and onboarding shipper onto our product
  • Activate shippers to start shipment, assist through first successful order creation
  • Build and establish a strong relationship and develop a rapport with the client and providing support and act as link between the client and Ninja Van
  • Have a good grasp and knowledge of the local market and competition to react swiftly to changing market conditions
  • Create and monitor best practices for community engagement
  • Provide timely and responsive feedback to management on sales performance, market insights, and any issues from first contact with clients to full onboarding of clients
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • May conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation as requested by supervisors
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate in Commerce, Marketing, or any related course
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in FMCG / Marketing / Logistics industries)
  • Hands-on field sales experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Applications
  • Willing to do field work
