Market Job Description

The Manila Auto Business Documentation team will ensure business documentation meets Enterprise, Legal, and Compliance requirements, is clearly written, is communicated to impacted team members, versions are stored and archived, and proper approvals are obtained.

Manila team members will also support updating and managing distribution lists, maintaining a required approver chart, tracking certification of procedures, and other similar tasks supporting the Auto Business Documentation process.

Scope of Work :

  • Business Procedure Writers will be responsible for making changes to existing procedures, as well as documenting new procedures per the request of the U.S. LOB :
  • Business Procedure Writer is assigned to a procedure
  • Business Procedure Writer documents procedure updates and / or develops new
  • procedures (based on request type) following existing Procedure Writing Process

  • Business Procedure Writer sends procedure to required reviewers for
  • feedback / approval following existing Procedure Writing Process (make updates and request

    new approvals as needed)

  • Once approved, Business Procedure Writer will publish the updated procedures
  • Performs a post publication review to inspect for formatting errors, broken links and / or fix defects as needed
  • Market Skills and Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years experience in writing policies / procedures
  • Background in Technical Writing, Content Writing, Instructional Design or Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience in utilizing systems / software such as OpenText or Adobe RoboHelp
