This role oversees TaskUs’ marketing operations, specifically in lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions.
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Demand Generation Manager.
The Campaign Projects Lead plays the role of driving sales and ensuring proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality.
They also manage all marketing operations with the main focus of enabling efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with sales initiatives.
Build search, display, remarketing, and video campaigns across Google and relevant social media platforms
Optimize for conversions, lowering CPC, decreasing conversion costs based on the recommendations of the Strategy & Insights Manager.
Retargeting and custom audience lists
Website & SEO
Optimize SEO; improve are : bounce rates, pages per session, average session length, form submissions, and overall traffic.
UX - optimize all webpages; design, functionality, and content changes where appropriate.
Build out landing pages to support advertising, white papers and events. Multivariate test on pages to optimize.
Alignment with InfoSec & IT
Work closely with the Strategy & Insights team to manage and pull key marketing metrics, inputting these measurements into reports that measure the performance of the marketing team as a whole
Report day-to-day campaign activities, from basic campaign tracking to attribution models.

Strategically lead demand generation activities though digital ads and search-engine optimization of the website.
Digital ads, website, and BTL sales enablement strategy
Integrated marketing campaigns
Deep connection with sales to drive engagement on top accounts
Develop creative multi-touch programs to drive prospects through a unique buyer’s journey
Drive the direction of Staff Writers
Bring modern, effective marketing approaches to sales and marketing
Work with BDR team to create and manage SQLs and campaigns for lead conversion
Validate the mix of demand generation tactics by testing new channels / tactics and scaling the currently successful channels
Drive compelling ads to optimize top and middle of the funnel lead conversion, based on the recommendations of Strategy & Insights Manager.
Experience in B2B marketing, advertising, economics, business management, or any related field
Experience directing growth initiatives in a high-pressure environment
Strong marketing or advertising background
Proficient in marketing operations and digital advertising tools :
