Job Responsibilities :
Attends to clients’ inquiries and complaints regarding company related equipment and applications via phone calls and emails
Investigates and clarifies computer related comments, questions, and concerns using active listening and probing skills
Uses tact and judgment in communicating, particularly with, angry or frustrated clients.
Data Collection accurate collection and encoding of information
Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree , High school graduate are welcome to apply
At least 6 months to 1 year network troubleshooting (LAN / WAN)
At least 6 months to 1 year IT helpdesk / service desk support
Excellent Communication Skills
