Position : IT Technical Support

Location : Ortigas, Pasig City (WFH Until further notice)

Schedule : Shifting

Job Responsibilities :

  • Attends to clients’ inquiries and complaints regarding company related equipment and applications via phone calls and emails
  • Investigates and clarifies computer related comments, questions, and concerns using active listening and probing skills
  • Uses tact and judgment in communicating, particularly with, angry or frustrated clients.
  • Data Collection accurate collection and encoding of information
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree , High school graduate are welcome to apply
  • At least 6 months to 1 year network troubleshooting (LAN / WAN)
  • At least 6 months to 1 year IT helpdesk / service desk support
  • Excellent Communication Skills
