Billing

  • Support the billing process for more than 10 countries in APAC
  • Prepare billing request forms to process invoices to be issued to customers / client
  • Monitor the billing requests and invoices issued
  • Assist inquiries related to billing transactions
  • Log all billing request in the monthly tracker and ensure all details are complete and accurate
  • File all invoices in the team's storage and ensure invoices and complete every reporting period
  • Reporting

  • Assist the Finance Manager and Regional Finance Leads in monitoring the customer POs
  • Provide support to Financial Analyst in reporting unbilled revenue
  • Ad-hoc tasks

  • Address any issue that arise and provide recommendations for solutions
  • Assist Finance Manager and Finance Ops Supervisor in reviewing the processes
  • Identify and initiate projects for continuous improvement
  • Provide requirements for ISC deliverables (internal reporting)
  • Ensure compliance in CBRE, SCB, and ISC requirements (i.e., online trainings, PMT, etc.)
  • Assist in providing supporting documents, reconciliations, and analysis during client audit
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and / or training to coworkers.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    High school diploma or General education degree (GED) required. Minimum of two years experience in administrative or financial operations support.

    Associate's degree with concentration in Business or Finance preferred.

    CERTIFICATES and / or LICENSES

    COMMUNICATION SKILLS

    Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and / or supervisor.

    FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

    Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations.

    Requires basic to intermediate analytical skills.

    OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

    Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Must work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.

    Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to work in multiple accounting software applications.

    SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

    Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
