The position is responsible for providing strategic directions and guidance to the Business Development Officers necessary to attain sales targets as well as to ensure the continuous growth of the organization.
The position is likewise expected to look into the sales process, skills and competencies of the sales staff, and customer service delivery to determine possible improvements that would rebound to a more efficient and effective operations
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as a Sales Manager gained from trading, FMCG, food manufacturing or similar.
Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, experience in SAP is preferred
With excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational skills and keen to details
Must be able to provide strategic directions and tactical operational guidance to the sales team
Result oriented and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to be assigned to different sites.
Must be willing to work in Pasay City from Monday - Saturday
