Provides support to Server Administration Sr Manager for any expansion and / or relocation System requirements for call center and support groups within the organization and ensures that all System requirements are met, based on TELUS International Philippines standards and reliability.Â
Coordinates with Vendors for acquisition and timely delivery of needed equipment, licenses, software (Applications), Operating Systems and technical support.
Assists and coordinates with the IT Center of Excellence Manager, Special Projects Manger, and general I.T. Management in System requirements for call center / company expansion.
Ensures activities and milestones of the project delegated to him / her are achieved on a timely manner, exercise of exemplary interactions to all internal and external counterparts.Â
Provides documentation to Server Administration Sr Manager for handover to IT Operations team.Â
Provides design and solutions appropriate and as required by the project in all System aspect, such us Servers, Applications, and alike.Â
Implements Move, Add and Change as required by clients with close coordination with IT operations team.Â
Meets and coordinates in regular manner for technical updates, issues and resolutions with IT Center of Excellence Manager, Special Projects Manger, general I.
T. Management and client (internal / external).Â
Implements approved design as required by client and concur with TIP standards including Change Management Request documentation.Â
Provides support with internal IT System Operations team and IT Support team for escalated issues and in progress projects.Â

Bachelorâs Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course.Â
At least 3 years of working experience in Systems Admin and working for Fast Paced Industry (BPO / IT Operations / Shared Services).Â
Advanced knowledge on Linux, Google Cloud Automation (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).Â
Intermediate knowledge in Various Server Platform products and Microsoft Operating Systems, Back office applications, Domain Administration, E-
mail application and Storage for installation, maintenance, Patch and software upgrades and extensive troubleshooting skill.Â
High proficiency with server operation, operating systems (ex. MS server 2003 / 2008) and Systems services, and general skills in database management.Â
Good supervisory and people-management skills.Â
Time and project management skills.Â
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in the English language.Â
