Responsibilities : Responsible in sending minutes of the meeting, to-do list and action itemManaging the consolidated to-do list of meetings, making sure that action items are on track and sending reminder whenever necessaryCreate weekly activity reports based on the need of the client or projectEncoding invoices into QuickBooks and other ad-hoc tasks necessary in updating CRM / CopperRequirements : At least 2 years relevant experience as Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant or similar roleWorking knowledge of current technologies such as but not limited to CRM Software and QuickBooksAbove-average understanding of online calendar planners and cloud meeting softwareExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAmenable to work on any shiftWilling to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
