Job Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Human Resource Management and Development Behavioral Science, Law, Legal Management, Political Science or its equivalent with master / degree units
  • With FMCG background
  • At least 5 years work experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Job Description :

  • Supports the established labor management system across the organization through proper administration and maintenance and review of labor management policies, processes and procedures
  • Communicates with the employees regarding organizational announcements, business updates in order to communicate effectively and increase employee’s involvement in various business activities
  • Solves employee’s issues by conducting investigations interviews and gathering of related documents to minimize the negative impact of employee grievances and to resolve dispute
  • Supervises HR Team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration, develop strong relationships with HR effective and communication between company and employees.
  • Ensures activities meet and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
