DUTIES

Overall responsible for the administration and operations of HEAT Restaurant. He / she will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction and ensure food safety in compliance with SFSMS Policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / Diploma in Food & Beverage / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an international class hotel, preferably with at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity
  • Preferably computer literate
  • Fluent in oral & written English
  • A self-starter, displays initiative & is creative / open-minded
  • A team leader / builder, customer & people-oriented
  • Flexible, willing to work long hours
