Job Requirements :
2+ year’s experience in training role or similar.
2+ year’s experience in a People Leadership position is preferable.
Related Bachelors degree or other qualification is advantageous.
Diploma in workplace Assessment / Training
A consultative approach and strong training skills.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to facilitate soft skill and technical skills based programs.
Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience within the telecommunications and BPO industry is desirable but not essential.
