Demand science Team is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes ensuring that there is an ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, or future executives across the company.
To be successful in this role the Talent Acquisition Manager should have sound foundation setting up long-term talent engagement strategies, including talent attraction, employer branding and all recruitment activities such as screening and evaluating candidates and candidate on-
boarding. The ideal candidates should have experience in managing people who can make effective decisions quickly.
Ultimately, Talent Acquisition Manager will manage all our talent engagement and recruitment activities to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our companyâ€™s current and future needs.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. sourcing strategies, job application, screening process, and on-boarding processes)
A business partner to the line manager, recommend the most suitable candidates / best practices in recruiting to meet business needs including providing insights in interviewing best practices
Team enabler allowing recruiters to grow and have the ability to drive value adding conversations with the line managers
Define measurable recruitment KPIs side by side with the Hiring Director
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance while keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-
per-hire, ROI). Experience in utilizing analytics tools measure and track recruitment performance will be a plus.
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
Thinks out of the box on ways to advertise jobs and build talent traffic
Work closely with marketing and executive management to improve our employer brand
Facilitate discussion on hire forecast
Ensure that the Recruitment team is providing the best candidates experience
Build the companyâ€™s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Qualification and Skills :
At least 3 years of proven leadership experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in a fast-paced environment or in a BPO setting is a huge plus
Ability to manage remote teams across different sites in must
Must be amenable to in-country travels if needed
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks with strong inclination for strategic employer branding.
