As a Performance Marketing Manager , you will be planning, developing and executing digital ad campaigns, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Search, Email, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. What you will do :

  • Monitoring daily campaign performance and making optimizations across audiences, copy, assets and ad units
  • Thinking creatively about campaign and content deployment and working with in-house content team to deliver the right assets for the same
  • Managing campaign budgets and schedules
  • Working with community management team to ensure comments / queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Owning and maintaining digital analytics, campaign metrics and campaign reporting
  • Ensuring proper tagging of all campaigns to track performance
  • Creating and managing Web Engage Campaigns (Marketing Automation Platform)
  • Presenting recommendations to larger marketing team
  • Developing A / B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve campaign performance
  • Being responsible for KPIs : Improvement in campaign performance primarily engagement rate, click-through rate, cost-per-click and conversion rate
  • Increasing sales through online channels
  • Increasing awareness and effective reach and in the number of campaigns and content deployed
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    What you need to have :

  • Graduate with demonstrable experience of 4-6years in Digital / Performance Marketing at scale
  • Hands on experience in working with tools like, Facebook Power Editor, Google AdWords Editor, Google Analytics and Twitter & LinkedIn Ads manager
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation of various Ad Networks
  • Proven experience in delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, web metrics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
