Position : Korean Technical Support

Salary : P 90,000- P 100,000

Schedule : Shifting with 2 days off

Requirements :

Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean

Korean national can speak at least conversational English

Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college

Background in Customer Service / Technical Support is an advantage

Knowledgeable in computer applications

Responsibilities

Answer and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email and / or phone

Respond to customer inquiries regarding concerns and issues

Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled

Build sustainable relationships with customers
