The Middle Office Support Analyst will be responsible in performing day to day operational support in Trade Matching, Settlements, Post Settlements and Cash Management.

We are looking for someone with :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related business course
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations and Fund Accounting
Strong knowledge in securities instruments and operational processes.
Good analytical and diagnostic skills with knowledge and strong ability of understanding process design.
Excellent communication skills. (verbal, written and reading comprehension)
Demonstrates strong flexibility in the face of ambiguous situations, shifting demands, and challenging work environments.
Uses diplomacy and tact to resolve difficult situations. Escalates more serious issues to the Team Manager
Understands the concepts surrounding Trade Support functions and the Trade Life Cycle
Possesses a fundamental understanding of investment transactions, trade lifecycle, and various asset classes
Good working knowledge in using Bloomberg and other pricing / data sources. Knowledge in BBG, SCD, Custodian Portals is highly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge regarding Data Management, Pricing, Settlements, Reconciliation, Transactions, and Transfers processes
Willing to work on a night shift schedule ; amenable to work in Quezon City
On the job you will :
Perform day to day operational support (Trade Matching, Settlements and Post settlements, Cash management), prioritizing as necessary.
Ability to cover tasks that might arise from coverage issues.
Actively manage risks including but not limited to Operational, Reputational, Settlement.
Ensure strong understanding of tasks assigned including investment concepts, best practices, and system requirements.
Ensure willingness to participate in Cross skilling assignments
Timely escalation of issues to SME / TL. Proactively mitigate process gaps or potential issues. Assist in creating and updating process documents.
Ability to think critically and act timely on issue resolutions and escalations.
Manage and maintain good working relationships with Front Office, Onshore and Offshore counterparts.
Support analysis to identify root cause of production problems and errors (SOE) and develop timely solutions.
