Job Description : Digital Account Executive
This position is focused on providing a scaled, delightful experience for small business owners helping them with any Google questions they have, including issues with setting streamlined SEO via Google My Business, Advertising via Google Ads, email through G Suite, Web Analytics through Search, etc.
Reps are considered experts across all Google platforms who are responsible for setting appointments with our clients, identifying their business’ challenges and pain points, recommending Google products that will help resolve those issues, and ultimately assisting them with the step-by-step technical setup of Google products that will help their business grow.
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google product solution works for all.
As a Digital Account Executive, your knowledge of online technologies combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.
Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.
You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their online presence can reach thousands of users and generate more revenue. Responsibilites :
Strictly monitor calendar appointments on an hourly basis.
Provide 1 on 1 customer support via video conferencing using Google Meet.
Confidently do presentations in excellent English grammar and pronunciation.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Develop best practice recommendations based on the experience gained during customer engagements.
Respond to customers’ requests and problems with appropriate timeliness and concern.
Develops professional credibility and trust with the customer.
A proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to details.
Stays up to date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations.
Knowledge and Use of Tools
Understands and can explain the Google products at both a technical level and business value level : G Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, YouTube, etc.
Demonstrates proficiency using all relevant software tools : Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.
Demonstrates comfort using Google communication tools : Gmail, Voice, Meet, and Hangouts.
BA / BS degree in any field
At least 1 year solid experience in customer service and online technologies with advanced computer skills.
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in SEO, Digital Advertising, and B2B sales
Compelling desire to help customers through the technical nature of setup.
Proven ability to become expert in new technologies in a short time frame.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
A fast-learner possessing strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
Works with independence efficiently in a fast-paced B2B environment with minimum supervision.
Has a positive attitude and can handle pressure.
Good-natured and has strong work ethics.
