Job Description : Objectives : Ensure accurate, timely and complete servicing of sales orders by overseeing the geneal operations or order processing team from receipt of confirmed custoer's purchase to billing and delivery.
Essential Functions : Oversee effcient (accurate and timely) processing of all orders by working closely with ERP users to ensure transactions are completely processed unitl delivery to customers.
Work closely with different groups / departments in the review and monitoring of the effectiveness of business processes (both within and outside ERP) to ensure effecient servicing of customer orders.
Work closely with Operations Manager in managing the performance of the members of Order Processing team. Submit relevant reports that will help in timely and accurate decision making of the Management.
Minimum Qualifications : College graduate of any course / field At least 3 years relevant work experience in the Construction or Electrical industry Experience in ERP and Inventory system management is a plus Strong analytical and decision making skills Execllent communication and leadership skills Excellent problem-solving skills
