We are looking for an SEM and SEO expert to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities and organic search campaigns.
A successful SEM and SEO Manager will effectively manage the paid search budget, the organic keyword rankings and SEO strategy and work with the marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Plan, manage and execute an SEO strategy to increase traffic to the website
Plan, manage and execute an SEM strategy to increase traffic to the website within the agreed budget
Conducts keyword research analysis and recommendations
Performs analysis and generates monthly technical analysis reports with recommendations on needed adjustments
Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels
Regularly communicate campaign performance to stakeholders including leads, conversions and ROI
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact
Provide recommendations to increase lead generation
WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?
At least 8+ years' experience in a Google adwords / search engine marketing, with other Digital Marketing experience highly regarded.
Experience in campaign management across Paid and Owned Channels - SEM, SEO
Proven Lead Generation and online customer acquisition experience
Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
Be proactive in campaign improvements and recommendations ongoing
Ability to Co-ordinate campaign & ad copy
Develop and implement link building campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM & SEO & measurement
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
Provide recommendations and execute / manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a busy environment within a small team.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking to develop high performing campaigns
Experience in Business-to-Business
Degree qualified, preferably Business or Marketing related, from a reputable College or University
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Platform Experience Preferred :
Adwords, GDN, Display and Paid Marketing Platforms
Google Analytics, Tag Management
