Facilitates new employee’s on boarding process : Prepares Welcome Kit for all new hires.Conducts Employee Orientation including office tour, and introduction of new hires to the team.
Enrollment with bio-metrics.Prepares work station for new hires.Collects documentary requirements from new hires for reporting to POEA.
Issuance of company I.D.201 File ManagementIn-charge of benefits administration such as reporting of employees at SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF and coordinating with HMO Provider.
Handles employee leave managementCanvassing and preparation of Purchase Orders for various company equipment.In-charge of office supplies and inventory.
Send office notices / memos such as Public Holidays, upcoming Client Visits and Recruitment Trips.Monitor performance evaluation of new employees.
Assist in the recruitment of internal requirements.Prepares DTR report of employees every payroll cut-off.Gathers data and compiles various reports needed by Management.
s / College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.At least 1 year of working experience as an HR Generalist is required for this position.
Familiar in handling Government mandated benefits.Candidate can do multi-tasking, highly flexible, and people-oriented.Candidate must be smart, presentable, dependable, and with pleasing personality.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Must be detail oriented with above average oral and written communication skills.
Good in planning, presentation, and organizational skills.Can work independently with minimum supervision.Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
