Job Description

  • Update Plantilla Monitoring and Coordinate with External Manpower Providers to ensure on-time manpower deployment (stationary, seasonal, 3-day sale and marketing events)
  • Monitor outsourced manpower performance in assigned area through weekly sales updates and remittance and provide timely recommendations to service providers involved
  • Monitor individual sales performance of internal sales personnel and provide recommendations to BIPI HRMD
  • Conduct Service Provider Performance Evaluation for Annual Renewal of Contract
  • Review Service Provider’s Promo Break-Even and Recommend necessary activities to improve breakeven performance
  • Process and Counter-check External Manpower Providers’ Billings, Active New Per, and SPC Transpo Expenses and Processing of Service
  • Provider Promo's Clearances
  • Process manpower and store concerns received from Sales and Audit Dept
  • Recommends or devise improvements to manpower allocations or process-related issues concerning service provider and Sales Dept personnel
  • Conduct trainings and orientations to Sales Dept Personnel and Service Provider when necessary
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 year related work experience in administrative position
  • Can perform task with minimum supervision
  • Has in-depth understanding of DOLE’s Department Order No. 174 and basic labor laws
  • Must be highly organized, systematic, competitive and team-centered
  • Must be able to build strategic client relationship
  • With strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Can adapt to all levels of the organization
  • Must be computer literate
