Minimum of 1 year experience in a data analysis role (preferably with the experience of data analysis in an IT / Telecommunication / Call Centre environment).
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced level of knowledge / expertise in Excel (especially calculation and analysis related skills and knows other data analysis tools).
Knowledge of other with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, etc.).
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good personal organizational skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of 'Business Objects' or other equivalent software
Language Skills : Fluent English
