The Grand Club Manager is passionate about a service. S / he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Grand Club, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and care are provided to both guests and colleagues.

This includes supervision and monitoring activities at the club from arrival to departure of the club guests, including F&B service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity gained from a fast-paced luxury property.

S / he can work well under pressure and has strong attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Candidate must have the ability to get along with a variety of personality types, has excellent communication skills, and proficient in the use OPERA and MS Office.

Previous food and beverage experience preferred.

Education : Bachelor's Degree Hospitality Management or Tourism or related degree.
