JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure smooth running of the Chinese Kitchen section and follow the set standards.

Working with the Sous Chef, organize all kitchen colleagues for the mise en place production and its services

Deliver quality products and guest experience at all times.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset

At least 5 years in the kitchen.

Sound knowledge about all kinds of cooking techniques and methods in Chinese cuisine.
