  • Ensure smooth running of the Chinese Kitchen section and follow the set standards.
  • Working with the Sous Chef, organize all kitchen colleagues for the mise en place production and its services
  • Deliver quality products and guest experience at all times.

  • Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset
  • At least 5 years in the kitchen.
  • Sound knowledge about all kinds of cooking techniques and methods in Chinese cuisine.
