The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the Support Group and ensuring that operations is running well, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers.
He / she is also responsible in ensuring and improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of the group’s operations through effective methods and strategies.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of group’s mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and sales functions.
Graduate of any 4 year course
Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience
People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team
With background in eletrical & lighting products
Knowledge in Netsuite or SAP is an advantage
