This position is responsible for the design, development and testing of Report, Dashboard and visualizations for business stakeholders.
This role will require strong background in aggregating and developing end user reports and performing data analysis. Additionally, the developer will need to possess strong creative and consultative data visualization skills with the ability to quickly translate reporting needs communicated by business users into effective, visually appealing dashboards and report designs.
The responsibilities of this position will include but not limited to :
Creation of technical specification
Creation, analysis and use of Framework Manager / metadata
Perform dashboard and visualization design activities
Complex report writing
Building and maintaining complex reports
Creating data visualizations and online dashboards
Working with the project stakeholders and project team on specific requests
Perform user assistance and training
Performs analysis of business models, logical specifications and / or user requirements to design solutions for the application environment
Ability to learn new tools and skills
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Able to navigate through ETL environment
Experience creating Tableau Dashboards
Experience with data analysis and data visualization-
Understand business concepts behind reporting specifications. Develop metadata models using BI tools..Ta- bleau
Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
Hadoop experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Exposure to Telecommunications I.T. Environments
Understands the various types of tools and technologies on the market and their appropriate usage
Have basic to advanced knowledge of Extracting, Transforming, and Loading data
Ability to create custom Tableau reports using SQL and advanced Tableau mapping
