  • Defines and maps customer journey across all segments, touchpoints and channels to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Conceptualizes, develops and implements customer programs to increase share of wallet and customer lifetime value
  • Propose strategies or programs encompassing products, channel, distribution expansion and customer services to increase product penetration, customer share and satisfaction
  • Works closely with Customer Data Analyst to support customer marketing programs :
  • Monitoring customer dashboards
  • Developing segmentation, lookalike and predictive modeling
  • Developing business case analysis
  • Measures and improves customer satisfaction by working with internal and external partners in the survey design, execution and solutions
