JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handle outbound and / or inbound customer prequalification call opportunities in accordance with standard procedures on every call.
Using client provided customer lists and call guides, initiate customer contact in accordance with campaign requirements.
Identify customer needs through standard questioning techniques, and provide product / service information to enable the customer to make an appropriate decision.
Be naturally inquisitive and resilient with an ability to articulate, listen and communicate effectively identify customer needs along with providing customers with solutions to solve their concerns.
