Act as interpreter during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors
Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement activities
Help develops bilinguals by conducting Japanese language brown bag or training sessions
Learn business tools and technical terminologies
Help strengthen translation tools to increase productivity

Can communicate effectively in both oral and written English and Japanese Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji
Are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Are willing to work on shifting schedules and extended working hours
Are willing to learn and work in an IT environment
Are preferably certified Japanese Language Proficiency Test JLPT passers with a minimum N3 level
Test of English for International Communications TOIEC passers, with a score of at least 600
