ResponsibilitiesProvide Pre-Sales consultation with prospects by phone and email.Work closely with Junior Sales Representatives to identify sales opportunities for prospects and existing clients.
Manage the sales process from Prospecting to Close.Schedule and perform sales presentations and technical product demos via the web for prospects and clients alike.
Maintaining accurate activity records of prospects and client communications and contact information using a CRM.Monitor the overall experience of prospects and new clients.
Work with Post Sales Departments to ensure customers’ project requirements are met after conversion.Maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of the product, sales process, product features, and pricing plans.
Provide ongoing support and training to Junior Sales Representatives.Contribute to improvements in departmental processes and best practices.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business or Technology-related discipline.Prior 4+ years of sales / consulting experience consulting with English speaking country.
