Our Client is a premier boutique immigration law firm located in lower Manhattan, New York City. Their attorneys have received national awards and recognition for their expertise in the field of inbound U.

S. immigration law. Also, they have a renowned law firm work environment! They only hire top talent who are also congenial team players.


They are seeking to hire a personable and competent paralegal for an ENTRY-LEVEL full-time position.

Fluency in English is mandatory. Also, fluency in Tagalog is preferred.

You will be required to assist, at a minimum, three attorneys and work with several support staff. Client communication via email is required.

Strict confidentiality regarding all client information, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a large caseload are fully expected.

You will work on a wide variety of family-based and employment-based inbound U.S. immigration law cases.

Keys to success include : Strict confidentiality and protection of all client and law firm information. Personally care about our clients and their unique individual cases.

Supreme attention to detail. Meticulous case organization. Work independently, while meeting all deadlines.


All applicants MUST have :

  • a foreign bachelor’s degree; and
  • excellent English-writing and verbal skills.
  • A strong command of the following is preferred :

  • MS Excel
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • INSZoom, or other immigration form software; and / or
  • bilingual ability (English and preferably Tagalog).

    They successfully and ethically represent corporate and individual clients concerning a variety of inbound U.S. immigration law matters, including :

  • family and employment-based permanent residence (including I-130 petitions, National Interest Waivers, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and EB-5, etc.),
  • non-immigrant work visas (including H-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, L visas, etc.),
  • 3. U.S. citizenship / naturalization,

    4. K-1 fiancé visas,

    5. VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) self-petitions,

    6. Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals applications,

    7. I-601A Stateside Provisional Waivers,

    8. humanitarian reinstatement requests; and

    9. other Waivers of Inadmissibility.
