What are we looking for?
Education
At least 12 years of educational background (2nd year College)
Finished / took an IT-related course preferred
Experience Target
in this job or a related function / field) :
Minimum one (1) year experience as a Technical Support Agent in a BPO or non-BPO industry
Experience in SQL / postgresql, API / Zapier, Regular Expression and Webforms / Wordpress will be an advantage
Skills
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Ability to explain and communicate in layman’s term complex technical words
Ability to learn quickly and verbalize and simplify troubleshooting steps outlined in Knowledgebase and confirm results repeatedly
