Business Analyst

Job Summary : Collaborates with business / technical SMEs to gather & document requirements. Analyzes requirements and identifies impact on business processes.

Checks areas for improvement and identifies solutions to business requirements. Manage conflicts, issues, or changes to ensure agreement on solution scope.

Assist in translating requirements into test cases for user acceptance. Work with DEV team to ensure enhancements are properly implemented.

Job Qualification :

Degree in IT, Engineering, or other related fields

Minimum 3 to 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Software Industry

Experience in the Insurance industry (added value)

Training / Certifications (added value)

Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving

Effective Communication Skills (oral and written)

Business Knowledge and Process Design Skills
