Market Research and Analysis

  • Support the analytic needs of the business by analyzing internal transactional data, SuperCard data, web traffic using PowerBI, Google Analytics and other BI tools.
  • Work closely with Loyalty Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Lead / Manager and Online Sales Channel Manager among others, to improve caliber of our analytics.
  • Extract data from all our digital tools to generate integrated, data-driven insights and opportunities for improvement in all digital marketing channel programs.
  • Identify trends and emerging opportunities from different data sources such as our transactional data from guest touchpoints, SuperCard database, business and web analytics to propose products and services that will help achieve business objectives through faster, data-
  • driven decision making.

  • Integrate anonymized statistics from our digital assets (Website, mobile apps, online adds) and identifiable guest information from our SuperCard and POS guest databases to create insightful and timely online guest journeys from traditional / offline channels to digital touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular reporting of trends and opportunities. Create dashboards for presentation to internal guests, Mancom and Execom.
  • Mine the SuperCard database and extract learnings to further enhance the SuperCard program.
  • Maintain and improve database technologies and processes for existing projects and processes to measure marketing program performance and enrich business / market intelligence.
