s for all positionsEMPLOYEES & RELATIONS DUTIES : Responsibilities included : · Deals with employee relation issues and maintains good relations· Deals with conflicts and grievances of the employee· Conducts investigation of circumstances surrounding employee cases· Counsels or coaches employees regarding their legitimate corporate and personal concern· Coordinates with agencies in terms of issuing their Disciplinary Actions for employees who violated the rules and regulations of the company· Receives and documented all incident report· Do corrective disciplinary actions· Assigned with Memo issuance and dissemination to accountable employee for any violation or offense made as stated in the Code of Discipline of the Company· Attends to all concerns and needs of the employeeGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES : Responsibilities included : · Organize and assists HR activities such as Christmas Party, Team Building, etc· Develops and implements a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures· Issues employee ID to newly hired· Updates employees 201 record of rank & file and managers· Prepares performance evaluation of the employees· Prepares job offer, employment contract, confidentiality of newly hired employee· Prepares regularization, end of contract notice, extension of contract notice, termination letter, etc.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Communication Arts or equivalent.· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position with extensive experience in handling Recruitment, Training and Employee'
  • s Relations.· Must possess a pleasant personality and can relate to all types of people in the organizationWilling to be assigned in BGC.
