a. Job Summary :
Gathers data on site according to established audit standards and timeline
Drafts audit findings and prepares initial recommendation on process improvements to be reviewed by Technical Audit Officer / Manager
Assist in monitoring solutions
b. Functional Duties & Responsibilities :
Assists the Technical Audit Officer / Manager in preparation of Technical Inspection Plan (Audit Plan) and Audit Program.
Coordinates with business group / s to be audited so they understand audit processes to be done on site, expected deliverables and audit timeline.
Visits all ongoing project constructions mainly to check structural / architectural / mechanical (including Sanitary and Plumbing) / electrical works.
This includes the random validation of Percentage of Completion (POC) approved and endorsed by project site team.
Reviews of For Construction Drawings versus marketing plans
Conducts regular site inspection / spot checking.
To check and verify if the implementation is in accordance with the approved FCDs / construction plans and defined standards (e.
g. Building Codes, FLI Approved Technical Specifications).
Company resources are being used properly and with prudence.
Gathers and analyzes data and identifies the issues that may be captured on site.
Prepares and issues Preliminary Audit Observations (PAOs).
Drafts the initial audit report for review of the Technical Audit Officer / Manager that includes process improvements and recommendations to correct the identified issues.
Assists in the preparation, presentation, finalization and submission of reports to Management summarizing results of internal audit activities
Collates and files all relevant audit documents and working papers
Assist in drafting monthly reports and site inspection reports
Assist the Technical Audit Officer / Manager in monitoring status of the implemented action plans / preventive / corrective actions
Assists the Technical Audit Officer / Manager in the preparation of the Annual Technical Inspection Plan (Audit Plan) and Budget for submission to and approval of the Division Head.
a. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical (1), Electrical Engineering (1), and Architecture (1) ; license is preferred but not a requirement
b. Job Experience
At least one (1) to two (2) year / s of experience in the related field and / or QA / QC preferably in construction industry
c. Competencies Required
With basic presentation and facilitation skills
