S / he will be responsible for contacting customers by phone to collect information. By conducting phone interviews with our customers, s / he works to understand the customers' business, help develop content ideas, and create a package of information that can be used by our internal creative teams to generate compelling online and offline copy.
Act as the main point of contact for multiple customers via phone and email and our internal creative teams to deliver sharp copy packages within tight timelines
Handle customer calls and inquiries to gather pertinent business information needed in the creation of their websites
Through phone interviews with clients, assist in the creation and maintenance of customer-specific documentation for assigned customer base and desired output medium
Document details of each call accurately as per company-provided guidelines
Document and track amendment requests and completions
Work with appropriate teams within the organization to collect assets (logos, images, other digital information) for completion of their websites
Conduct research vital to capturing customer information
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year solid experience in a BPO.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone and interviewing skills
Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is an advantage.
Strong client relationship building experience
Proficient with various software applications programs including email messaging applications, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Open to graveyard shift
