Job Description : Responsibilities
Answersin a timely, accurate and courteous manner
Investigates complaints received from client / agent and suggests alternative solution to Manager;
Handles Ingenium edits due to amendments
Prepares letters using LWS, manual letters, and bank certifications
Processes refunds of overpayments, APS Payments, Check Payments, Return to Sender, CAS Preparation and refund letters
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , any field.
Should possess good communication skills both written and verbal
No work experience required.
