Job Description

Responsible for overall management and direction of the workforce team

Serve as a Workforce Subject Matter Expert, train and mentor new and less experienced team members

Communicate proactively with team members, make suggestions for corrections to any issues

Develop and maintain methods and procedures

Respond to client requests in an accurate and timely manner

Manage Workforce Management Team’s databases, systems and applications

Maintain a detailed record of activities, actions and impacts

Prepare departmental reports for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly periods and analyze historical performance statistics

Identify business process excellence improvement opportunities, contributing to design and execution

Responsible for maximizing efficiency and occupancy using cost-effective strategies while meeting service objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related course4-6 years experience in managing workforce operations with client and / or senior management interaction is required3 years of management experience - managing supervisors / TLs or Managers and should be executive client readyExperience in the Health and Insurance industry is preferredExpertise in capacity planning, forecasting, real-time management, reporting and scheduling are requiredProficient in MS Office Applications and workforce management-related toolsGood organizational, project management and presentation skillsExcellent analytic and mathematical skills with ability to work with large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns
